I’m not going to order online again, or use their drive-thru. Just got home and saw they put the wrong cheese on my sub.

My husband and I are fans of sandwich shops as they sit light on our stomachs so as we are driving through boise we decide to stop in. We typically order kids meals because we don't want to over do it and when traveling we have no way to save the leftovers. We put our order in for 2 turkey and cheese kids meals and she cuts the turkey and they make the sandwiches. We go to pay and they ask if we want the meal. Well yes we said kids meals at the beginning. They realise they have made the reg. Size sandwich instead of just cutting a little off to save food cost and not completely blow it she proceeds to throw both sandwiches away and remake new ones and it takes double the amount of time on what we thought would be a 5 minute transaction has now taken 10 mins and the attitude from the lady employee was pretty disturbing. She could of just been having a bad day but customer service is a fake it till you make it home kind of job. Very poor service on your employees part and we will not be back. We travel to boise often and you very much lost a valued customer. The sandwiches were delicious but the service sucked. PS. My husband is a private chef in Sun Valley, Idaho so food cost is a big thing in our daily lives so we do know that effects daily operations as we deal with it everyday. You not only lost money on our transaction thanks to your employee we are also from a small community that has heard about our experience.

I ordered a large to go order for a bridal party with a separate small order specially for the bride and the young lady who helped me was amazing. Her name was Melissa. She was so polite and accommodating. When we picked up our order she had split it so 1/2 was specially packed for the brides party and the other was boxed for the groom and his party. They even boxed my brides order in a nice little box and wrote congratulations on it. This store and their employee Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate us and I offer my sincere thanks

I've ordered a slider tray for events. Food was well prepared and everything was ready on time.
