A Boise icon that’s led the way in sandwiches for decades. Great bread and veggie options come hungry. They have a great little salad bar and they deliver. I had the Turkey n Avocado with clam chowder- nice on a rainy day. They made my sandwich just like I would and you get and apple or orange as well as chips with your Sandwich.

Ordered 4 sandwiches, about 15 minutes ago. Asked for 2 with horseradish. Only 1 of them had it and staff seemed distracted and unhappy. For $9 to $10 for a small sandwich, where there is more bread than anything else, you should always read back the order at point-of-sale...or just get it right when the customer asks twice if you understood the order they just placed. Bread is fresh and tasty, and ingredients are good, but I stated one extra item three times and they didn't get it right--even though there were two people making four sandwiches. Not going back.

I cannot give Cobby's more than 3 stars here. They remain in the top 2 local sandwich shops in my opinion. However, I have had one-too-many experiences where my visit was hindered by unfriendly staff. Whether the staff was unfriendly or unhappy, this has contributed to negative experiences. For the cost of their food, which is more expensive than the subway around the corner, you would expect quality service at all locations. I will continue to go here, as it is one of my favorite shops and a local icon, but I am selective when and where I go.

Wonderful place for a quick bite to eat. Staff was absolutely amazing. They took very good care of novice customer, guided him through everything. Has a wonderful small town decor with woodsy feel. You get what you pay for here, definitely not stingy with ingredients. All in all it beats any chain sandwich shop!

First time visiting this place and will be my last! The breads thicker than what's in the sandwich! My veggie sandwich was quite bland! Subway serves better sandwiches and cheaper I might add!
