Block 44

Absolutely love this property! Amazing amenities and such a great location downtown. All the other residents here have been so respectful and nice. The office staff goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury apartment complex downtown.

The bottom floor is all dorms for some reason. Students trash the place. Attached are some common photos I collected living there. There are a lots "luxury" apartments within a few blocks. I'd avoid the ones owned by this management company in general.

The staff is so accommodating, maintained is a 10/10, everything is kept clean and safe. It feels so good to come home. If there are ever any questions, there is someone quickly responsive. I feel lucky to live here, with access to these great facilities, in the heart of the city.

I have lived at Block 44 for almost a year. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I love using the spin room; it's quiet and a great workout space. I am not a student and have not noticed students causing problems. Maintenance and office staff are awesome!

Living here for about 9 months, I am impressed by the office staff and how they've handled COVID and mask requirements.

I really enjoy living at Block 44. The amenities are great, especially the pool and fitness center. The management team is really friendly and helpful.

The staff are amazing and any time anything needs to be fixed.
