Dr Dawson and her crew are AMAZING! Blue Door has been caring for our backyard goats for more than a year. I can't express how much I appreciate the great service and care we get for our critters! The mobile office is state of the art - so we get a full-service appointment right in front of our home! Blue Door is quick to reply to queries and get appointments on the books. Pricing is competitive with other in-office clinics and we even get a multiple pet discount when scheduling all our yearly check-ups at once! The online pharmacy is affordable and also super convenient! Thanks for all you do! Mad Moxxi, Maya, and Tiny Tina think you're the best!

Wow. The serivce is absolutely AWESOME. Thanks for visiting with my dog Bo the Great Dane. Bo is getting up there in age, thus making visits to a brick and mortar veterinary office difficult. Having a mobile clinic capable of blood work, x-rays, surgery and dental cleaning is a valuable resource to have access too!!! Thanks again

Maybe update your website to include The fact that you're not taking new patients. I wouldn't have wasted my time and energy on a somewhat long "application" to be a client if I knew I'd get a form rejection. I was looking for a possible new patient visit a couple of months from now. Not sure I'll "check back in a few weeks," as you request. If I do it'll be a simple: Are you taking any new patients? The entire veterinary care situation in Portland is a complete shitshow. Not kind of you to disrespect our time, energy, and hopefulness looking for a new vet in this mess. Just put it right out there that you have nothing to offer new clients at the moment.

Blue Door Vet is the perfect solution for my high anxiety dog! Never having to worry about bringing my anxious dog to the vet is such a relief when the vet comes right to your door. Dr. Dawson is extremely intelligent and professional, as well as being kind and compassionate towards my pets. Her assistants are also wonderful; extremely knowledgeable and great at their jobs! Their van has all of the newest, top of the line equipment, and I know that my pets are in good care with them. It's great to have such a level of trust between the people caring for my pets!

These people care! Like, so much. I have never felt more supported or nurtured by another vet. My cat LOVES them, which is not how thats gone in the past. They check in on him after visits. They communicate quickly with me through all my anxious emails. They do NOT guilt or upsell-their primary concern is my animals welfare and I couldnt be more grateful to have such an amazing team of people! Cannot say enough nice things about Blue Door.

Had second Blue Door appointment for my cats recently. So much easier and less stressful on all of us. The team quickly put my cats at ease. The appointment was thorough but not rushed. Covered all the basics, and gave me advice on how to handle situations. Cannot say enough good things about Blue Door and how they help me care for my pets.

I really loved my experience with Blue Door. The doctor and her assistant were very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They answered all of my questions in depth and were super sweet to my cat, even though he was being VERY cranky. The check-up and shots were quick and efficient, didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be having them back the next time we need a vet!
