Blue Hen Dispose-All

Disappointed with their unwillingness to be flexible. No seasonal or suspension options. They cant provide a day when I'll receive the cans, and said it could even be after my service starts, poor customer service in that respect. Unreasonable that I can't even go pick it up while I'm local and setting up for the season. I've never had a more complicated time with trash service setup, typically they're accommodating,... now I need to figure out what to do with my trash for a week, they didn't delay taking my money though and charging double for door service.

After dealing with the nightmare of Waste Management for 1 year we made the wise choice to switch to Blue Hen. Their service has been excellent, their people friendly and my trash is always picked up on time. I no longer have to worry if my trash will be picked up by the time I get home and I no longer have to spend every other trash day reporting missed pickups. Not only do I get better service but i'm paying less too! It pays to support local.

We have had their service for about 15 yrs. Never no prolbem. I just heard they give senior discount. I need to look into this. I was also wondering about military discount.

Great trash company, the drivers are extremely proffesional, helpful, and friendly. We get a honk or two if we forget the trash, he even takes the 90 year old widows can in for her after pickup. Great service, DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT, they are terrible, say they offer secures they dont, driver skiped my can 3 weeks in a row, CHOOSE BLUE HEN AND NEVER WORRY AGAIN.

They forgot to pick up my trash. some of Their drivers are lazy. If there is a tiny obstacle they won't get off the truck.
