Well, I was never able to get them to come out. They flat out refused me service, even though my neighbors have pickup!

Same experience as all others.... horrible customer service ..... no matter what you do they just don't care.

Do a great job. The cost is less than our previous service. I've called on a Saturday to leave a message about an extra pick-up for Monday morning with no problem.

Price was extremely high for once a week pick up and every other week pick up for recyclables. When I cancelled my service they advised they DO NOT offer refunds.....Beware and cancel your service at the end of your 3 month billing cycle. There a many other less expensive trash removal options available, do you research before going with this company!!

they only take MINIMUM trash and leave the rest in front your house till next week :( even if no one else on the block has a large load that day......they need to cater to their customers better in this area...you should not have to call and tell them EVERY extra individual item that needs to be picked up...we are busy working people...just take ALL the trash!!! ps:it was not sofa but just extra boxes and bags!!!!
