Evergreen Waste Services LLC

I've had a great experience with Evergreen so far. The pickup guys are friendly; weekly pickups for less than my previous company is a major win. I used to have issues with (previous company) where broken down cardboard would get picked up by the trash truck instead of the recycling (called one of the guys on it, and he said "I'm just helping out the other guy" - NO, IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY! NOW MY RECYCLING IS GOING TO A LANDFILL!!!) - never had any issues like that. Great customer service, prices, and service. Lots of love from Northridge!

There was an error in my bill. I had said i wanted to pay for the entire year at once so i would get free yard waste. They only charged my card for a quarter so i got charged extra for yard waste pick-up. When I brought this to their attention, they looked into it and Heather called me back the next day. They apologized for their mistake, ran my card for the proper amount and credited me for the yard waste charges. I will definitely continue to recommend Evergreen.

I have had a service agreement with nearly every waste hauler in the area. I have had poor customer service, missed pickups where I have to baby sit the drivers to make sure they picked up (not my job) only to not receive a credit for missed pickups. My search has finally ended and I have found what I’ve been searching for at least 8 years. So excited that my neighborhood, Northridge in Claymont, is converting over from the big companies with poor customer service. Jessica and Elizabeth with Evergreens account management have been great to work with, and the drivers don’t skip a beat with quality service. To have yard waste removal only when needed and guaranteed pickup when schedules is not much to ask for, and Evergreen makes it seem effortless. They are great to work with and meet all of our needs!!

I was paying monthly until October which was my last payment of $34 then paid $84 on November which was supposed to cover me for 3 months but they said I needed to pay again! $84 on December and now they are asking for $84 more to cover Jan Feb and March! I should not have to pay anything until April! Every time I call To ask why they keep charging me more I just get more confused because They say I'm paying October which is already paid for! and When asking to cancel my service its impossible because they don't let you. I will definitely look for another company.

I love this company. We have never had a problem in the year we have used them. The customer service is great and the guys that do our neighborhood are really nice as well, they always say hi to my husband when he is outside. The garbage cans are always nicely put back for us. They do military discounts which is nice as well. We highly recommend using them for your waste removal needs.
