HORRIBLE! I was switched to this company due to a buy-out. Initially, they were very frequently NOT picking up my trash. It got to a point where I had to call to have them come out. I never received any credits for the missed trashed. They finally switched my pick up date and things got better, however they switched my billing to e-billing and when I missed 1 payment they picked up my cans! When I called I was told I had to pay additional money to "reinstate" my services!!! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Always had great interactions with customer service and drivers. Very quick communication and always willing to help.

Switch and bate masters! Our rate has increased by 31.30% and not the 5% agreed to in our service agreement. Their Service Agreement means nothing to them Price Increase CAP is a joke. Don’t let them get you in an agreement or your rate will go up much higher than the original amount that sucker you in.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Our service was transferred from a different company and NEVER was notified until we get a bill with a late fee for 98.12. My wife called to ask why the service was transferred and to find out what we need to pay in order to keep our service. Needless to say she was treated rude and ignorant and told the price was 149. My wife got ignorant back and hung up. I was going to pay the 98.12 because 149 would have been extortion. Came home from work 2 days later and trash cans are gone! Emailed and called corporate center about this and waiting to hear back. Will not be renewing a contract with these people and not referring them to anyone.

Atrocious service! One inch of snow and they keep pulling the trucks off the road do to treacherous conditions. Give me a break!! Refused to pick our trash the next business day and told us to hold it another week. They dump loose trash and recyclables on our driveway and street and refuse to pick it up. I’m looking for another trash service do to their sub standard service!!
