WE had good service with the same guy for years, recycles taken etc. now they have stopped taking the recycles and told me when I called I did not have this service, it is MANDATORY in DE. I have paid for it for 4+ years yet now they want to say I do not have it? Awful, I am looking for another service to hire. This one is not worth the time to even call. It got the one star because there was no way to give a negative star.

You suck. Big time. Can't fit it all here. Only 40,000 characters allowed. UPDATE: They charge you $50 to remove your trash cans when you cancel their awful service.

Our trash guy may be new, but they pick up recycling & trash together throwing it in the same bed. I called to complain but the company said they have split trucks which would make sense however they only collect recycling bi-weekly & ours has been thrown in the same truck bed as trash for 5 weeks straight.

Poor management oversight and unprofessional customer service agents. Billed for trash pickup long after canceling and switching to another service.
