Waste Industries

A "Quality" company would work a little overtime to get back on schedule after a storm rather than inconvenience a large number of customers and simply skip one of only two monthly recyclables pickups, especially after the holiday season. Shame on you.

Excellent service, friendly workers. Grandkids were visiting and they waved to the drivers. Each one waved back and honked their horn. The kids were thrilled. I have seen the staff get out of the truck to pick up items that fell out of a garbage can. Guys are so nice. Love having Waste Industries as our garbage and recycling collectors.

I recently moved to Delaware and was a little overwhelmed with finding all new services. I reached out to waste industries and Kristy could not have been more helpful getting me set up with everything! The pickup men are also awesome and very friendly (especially since we have a lot of things to get rid of since the move)! Great company to use!

Rude customer service when I TRIED to pay my bill this afternoon over the phone. I was on hold for a total of an hour and a half collectively. I went to the website to pay the bill, but their system refused the debit card I was using. Finally I called the local branch, paid the bill using the same debit card, it went through. Their website is a hot mess. The customer service is lousy. We terminated our service and signed up with Waste Management this afternoon.

Kristy is phenomenal. She came out and gave us an estimate and saved us a few hundred dollars a year. She is outstanding. I am used to dealing grumpy old men, but her experience was delightful.
