I reached out to Blue Grass Motorsports after my custom ordered Taycan burned and sunk aboard the Felicity Ace. I connected with Cesar as my sales associate and there was another Taycan already in port that I agreed to purchase. Cesar was absolutely fantastic to work with. He did a good job of keeping me informed even when there were delivery delays due to missing parts. Whenever I messaged Cesar he responded quickly and professionally. The financing process was quick and painless as I was able to get all the paperwork signed before ever showing up at the dealership to collect the car. I would absolutely buy another car from Cesar and Blue Grass Motorsports.
My Sales experience was great, until I discovered an issue with the Porsche Taycans’ interior and after that it went downhill. I have been getting nothing but the run around ever since. My Taycans doors panels have bubbling around the stitching. It looks terrible. I brought it to the sale associates attention after purchase and was told wait it will fix itself. Guess what it did not fix itself. This was in January fast forward we are now in April and Im getting the run around regarding replacement of the door panels which are under warranty. I cant help to feel that I am getting treated this way because I am an African American woman otherwise I’m sure my issue would of been resolved. Why is it so hard to honor the vehicles warranty? If something is broken it should be fixed especially when its a fault in the vehicles design and as the customer I should not be given excuses or have Bluegrass Porsche try to convince me that the bubbling of the leather is normal when everyone knows its not and you cant show me not even 1 other example of this. It looks awful and its frustrating that my brand new 2022 Porsche Taycan looks this way. I am hoping the dealership will resolve this issue. But as of right now I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bluegrass Porsche they do not honor vehicle warranties and they do not stand behind the vehicles they are selling.
Recently took my 911 in for the yearly service and the experience was excellent. Of course, they are out of loaners, but this is the same for all brands. My Subaru and Toyota dealers are in the same situation. This is due to the lack of inventory. However, Bluegrass does compensate for this with a shuttle service and had 2 drivers waiting to take people to work or home. My car since it was new has had every service at Bluegrass. The previous owner had the service book stamped on a few occasions. My advisor took my books when I dropped off the car and spent time researching all the services verifying they were done. Once verified he updated the stamps in my service book. I appreciate that as service history is important on these cars. Finally, a part was delayed and I received constant communications from my service advisor Kyle Riddle. A dealership is a dealership, but it's the people and service that make the experience. Make sure to call Kyle when setting your Porsche up for service.
Took a recently purchased car to bluegrass motorsports. Set a time with the service writer and gave my expectations. The time frame was just as they promised. I received a very detailed service ticket, recommendations for future service. Very happy with my experience and the attention to detail in the service work.
Don’t show up only wearing a t shirt to but a Porsche. They won’t even talk to you and then when you say you want to take a test drive, you’ll be reminded of the car’s price at least three times before you can even sit in the driver seat. My wife ended up leaving just because she didn’t feel any of them deserved her commission. Don’t underestimate people based upon their appearance. Not everyone who has the means to buy a Porsche feels the need to flaunt it with their attire. Show people some respect and you might have better individual sales numbers.
Recently moved to town, serviced our cayman here for the first time. Scheduling was a breeze and they had tons of availability. Gavin is awesome - took great care of us, kept us updated on prices and got our service done quickly. Will never go anywhere else for Porsche services.
I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne and had engine issues. I scheduled a diagnostics with Gavin Pigman and Porsche determined and diagnosed the problem the very same day. I was very happy with the expediency, service and courtesy of the Porsche employees. The work done on the car was done correctly and they went above and beyond and I’m very thankful and will continue to use Porsche bluegrass Motorsport services!
Porsche at Blue Grass Motorsport is amazing. They were able to answer all the questions I had before I bought via text message. The sales rep that I was working with, Jeremy Carrier, was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident in my purchase. They will definitely be getting my business again in the future!
We've always had a great experience at Bluegrass Motorsport. We've purchased multiple vehicles and never been disappointed. The sales staff are professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend!
I recently had my annual service for my 2019 base Cayman. As always, the staff at the dealership were friendly and seem to value me as a customer. As my 4th year service, it took nearly the whole day to accomplish and I was given a Macan as a loaner. I also had my favorite mechanic install some Rennline brake lines and update my Motul 600 brake fluid. He gave me a rundown of the expected life of some other brake system items and a general review of the condition of my car. The service manager went over the bill and explained the expenses.
