Ochsner's Garage Service

Came in to have brakes done at previous mechanics recommendation. Gave me best estimate out of 3 garages, then were honest enough to tell me I had another 10,000 miles on current brakes. Cannot overstate importance of knowing an honest mechanic.

For year's My family, friends, and I have taken all our cars to Ochsners Garage for maintenance and repairs. He is honest and will never try to sell you parts or service you do not need. This visit was for a worn serpentine belt replacement. My 2013 Honda Civic has 130,000 miles on it and I am sure needs more than just a belt. I showed up at my appointment and was greeted by Mike as soon as I walked in the office. He took my keys, pulled my car in, and started to replace the belt. The repair took about 30 minutes and when my car was finished he pulled it out and backed it in by the Front door of the office and went over the repair. Mike also let me know everything looked good under the hood. I was sure it had a leak somewhere with the age and milage of the car which is to be expected when you drive old cars like I do. Mike is the most honest person you will ever meet and I have to say the customer service and the repair are always phenomenal.Services: Auto maintenance

This is the mechanic you've been looking for! Honest, fast, fair price. In business since 1920. Same family. The only way to do that is honest work for an honest price. The Ochsner's are fantastic, plain and simple. They are friendly, welcoming, and everything is explained very clearly. I've taken many vehicles to them, and I've had a wonderful experience and superb results every time. I really can't recommend them enough, and you really can't ask for anything more. These guys saved me. The air compressor at the Thorton’s in front of their garage was broken and instead of putting air in my tire, it gave me a flat… The gentlemen at Ochsner’s took care of me right away with smiles and assurances I could come by anytime for air in my tires. You just don’t find that type of smiling service anymore. Will definitely use them in the future!
