Joe Hudson’s staff was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of the process. My car was it, prior to April 2024. I wasn’t in the car at the time. The people who hit it didn’t have the common courtesy to leave their information imagine that. I would like to find a reasonable place to have 24/7 360 degree surveillance cameras direct wired into my car. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Joe Hudson’s, why because I grew up in the Eastend and I know they’ve been in our community for a very long time. I know this because they are always busy doing great quality work, and that’s why the East End thrives on being affiliated with great companies like Joe Hudson’s. Today was an eventful day with a PCS move and vehicles being shipped, Murphy’s law hit. Joe Hudson’s Collision Center was fantastic. I needed a simple fix from a fender bender this morning. Without hesitation and extreme professionalism they corrected my vehicle immediately. I cannot thank the location or the managment team enough for the services they provided in a timely and professional manner. Joe went above and beyond his services and help. The technician performed magic, performing an outstanding repair job. I highly recommend this location for any of your services in Louisville, KY, off Westport Road.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The customer service is incredible and my car looks brand new - even better than I had hoped they replaced my damaged hood and fixed my scuffed/scratched doors. I would recommend anyone and everyone to use JHCC.
Zero stars. My car is still not fixed. They gaslight my husband when he points out the error. Telling him it's supposed to be like that. We have returned it everyday Tuesday thru Friday. It is still not fixed. They continue to try and say it is supposed to be the way they fixed it. We brought pictures proving otherwise. Still not fixed. And I'm pretty sure the dude was avoiding my husband Friday. The front dest lady seemed annoyed and the guy on the phone seemed clueless. If this was a task they could not do, it should have been sent elsewhere. They state they guarantee satisfaction but they do not up hold it. I know it will not be exactly they way it was before but to have it be visibly different to that extreme is unacceptable. At this point I would rather them put the damaged bumper back on, refund the money, and let me go to Gerber Collision and Glass- They fixed my husband's car and there is no trace of damage or that there ever was and he was t boned in his car. The damage was very extensive. I only went here because my insurance recommended it. I will be sure to notify my insurance company. My truck is not fixed. They have had 4 opportunities to correct and now it just seems we are inconveniencing them with a vehicle that is still not fixed. Would not recommend this place to a person I don't like.
This shop is awful in communication. I was approved to get my car repaired by April 12th and had taken my car into this shop in February to get the quote and let them get with my coverage. However, I called several times and emailed items the shop asked from me and I was never able to set-up a date to get the repair. Even after I received confirmation that my coverage approved the repair quote from this center. The employees seemed uninterested in my time or my repair. NOW it is past the time for my coverage to pay for my repair and I am left with damage to my vehicle. Thanks for wasting my valuable time.
Would give zero stars if I could. This company refused to work on my car and my car only had minimal damage. Just kept arguing with my insurance company. Very disappointed in this company’s customer service and lack of work ethic. Had to wait weeks and for nothing to be done. My car just sat there under their watch. It’s a shame we have to have such a lackluster business sit in the heart of our town. SMI could’ve done this job a thousand times over. What happened to SMI ??

James Gibson did an EXCELLENT job managing my repair. He provided great service, arranged a fast turnaround, and was an overall class act. I highly recommend him.
I had gone to the "big boys" to get an estimate only to be told I would have to wait 3 weeks to get an estimate, and then no idea as to when the work would be done or how long it would take. There reply to my question was " we have over 200 vehicles here". I left and went to Joe Hudson's Collision Center--was seen immediately and was given a good estimate on when they thought the parts would come, and how long it would take to do the work. They did the work faster than promised and the work was excellent and my vehicle was returned very clean. Very happy with all aspects of the process
I was funneled to Hudson when filing a claim with my insurance because they were close to my home. It was a great choice anyway. They were a nice team who made the process easy for me. The repair was perfect, like it never happened. I don't feel like it was overpriced and they provided an itemized invoice including parts and labor.ServicesPainting, Body & Trim
