Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes

My husband and I had a very good experience working with Tom. He patiently answered my numerous questions and provided additional needed information. My concerns revolved around servicing and maintaining a RV after it is purchased. Having read many reviews and articles regarding manufacturers being short on trained employees and pushing to meet the demand for RVS, my concern focused on how well Bob Ledford's would service our RV. Tom explained their business model along with the industry's struggle with two words, "lightweight" and "affordable" together. Tom put things into perspective for us. Tom was timely in returning calls and texts. I would recommend talking to Tom if you are in the market for a RV.

My husband and I bought a Wolf Pup in March of this year. We knew what we wanted, found it at Bob Ledford’s for an excellent price and since we were from WV, the sales tax was reciprocal and wouldn’t end up being more $ that we put out. Tom was our salesman and went above and beyond for us. Working with our travel schedule which enabled us to see our son who’s is stationed in SC with the USAF. The staff at Ledford’s is really friendly, professional and is happy to assist with any questions or instructions. Cute pony tail Jeff said he’d be happy tohelp us even after we purchased and to just ask for him. (I added the “cute” designation—because he is of course cute). But joking aside, love the Wolf pup, but if we ever decide to upgrade, we will be going back to Bob Ledford’s and asking for Tom!!!

Tom Matlock was great to work with. Not pushy at all. Just answered questions and helped us in our learning process until we found the travel trailer that suited us. Ask for Tom! He'd be happy to help you with your camping adventure. Autumn helped us close on the purchase and her son Eli was the one that gave us a personal "tour" of our travel trailer and made sure we knew how to operate everything. He's young, but he really knows his stuff.

We are excited to join the "Happy Campers Club" and want to thank Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes and staff for making the experience one of the most enjoyable purchase experiences we have ever had. Kathy Flowers (our sales rep) was wonderful. Kathy certainly enjoys her job and knows her RV's. I am a person of "one-million" questions and she answered each one with a smile and explanation. Thank you Kathy

My wife and I recently made the decision to purchase a new travel trailer. We picked up our new coach on 05/12/18 and our whole buying experience was awesome. Scott MacAllister was our sales rep and he knocked it out of the park. Service manager Phil Brown quickly came to our aid with some suggestions on how to handle our small punchlist issues. He put Jeff M and Jeff C on our issues which they handled with ease. These guys are awesome! We met a very knowledgeable young lady named Carla at the parts counter who helped us with some great accessories for our camper and even installed some of them herself! Many thanks to all involved Bob Ledford folks for helping the Adams Family.
