The financing department at this location is outstanding thanks to Summer Nolan. We came in on a Sunday with the assumption that the financing department would be closed, but Summer was available to turn our dream of RV ownership into reality – same day! The entire process was seamless and extremely prompt. After sitting through some pretty painful financing transactions at auto dealerships, I was beyond impressed with Summers’ ninja-like efficiency. She secured the best rate available for us in our credit range and processed the paperwork flawlessly. After we left the dealership, Summer maintained contact with us to ensure that we received all pertinent information regarding our transaction. From beginning to end, the entire process took less than an hour. With a toddler and a baby in tow, we could not have appreciated her promptness and attention to detail more. If you’re in the market for a RV be sure to ask for Dan Semenza in the sales department! Dan is very knowledgeable; he will save you tons of time on the lot when you let him know what your criteria is. Our first visit to this location was not so pleasant, as the sales associate we first worked with had us walking in circles and could not answer 90% of our questions. I’m glad we came back through and found Dan, as he was able to take us directly to the camper that we were on the prowl for! We are very satisfied with our new Montana High Country 362RD.

Ashley was the greatest. Everyone was so helpful. We had an accident in Columbia, someone crashed into the back of our trailer. They did a wonderful job fixing the trailer. Cannot say enough good things about the work. Appreciate everything they did and how well we were treated. Thanks again.

Great service and parts department and customer service! Prices are the most expensive unless you do the Good Sam's membership and u can still find the same items on Amazon for cheaper. Labor in the maintenance department is about double of any other shop but at least they do guaranty their work and have good warranties.

Just purchased a Jayco White Hawk - this is my first camper so I didn’t know anything. My husband and I told Blake what we were looking for and he found the right camper for us. Make sure you ask for Blake if you’re looking for a camper - he was very knowledgeable about what campers were on the lot and he answered all the questions we had. I had a satellite, observation camera and bike rack installed by Chris and he was great. Chris also went over the operation of everything - he took his time and made sure I understood how to operate everything. Blake and Chris made sure I had everything I was supposed to have and they fixed whatever needed to be fixed. Blake and Chris make an excellent team.

Chris Stubbs, Service Advisor, is awesome!!! Chris aims to solve our service issues immediately and sometimes on-the-spot! We are new RV owners and love our brand new Mercedes, Winnebago ERA class B Touring coach. Unfortunately, this make/model is not as common. Several dealers and advisors are not familiar with it. Chris has sold this make/model and is very familiar. He is such a breath of fresh air for us and allows us to enjoy our investment with peace of mind! Thanks Chris!
