Sales staff (Adaiah) and management (Barbara) were courteous and respectful of what I was looking for as well as respectful of my budget. Awesome folks to work with. A bit of a drive from Rock Hill but worth every mile. Would highly recommend looking at them if you're serious about buying a RV.

Back Against the Wall: I don't like to write a bad review on any business, but I feel like I've been fair. In the end, you (the reader) will be the judge on what is right and what is wrong. I had been looking for an RV since January, sure the salesmen are great, may be I'm to blame for not laying on the bed, which WAS the recommendation of my sales person! We picked up the RV on March 22nd 2018, and drove it off the lot and headed to Savannah for a wedding, That night we discovered that the mattress was defective... some of the materials ended 10 inches short of one side from top to bottom which made it very thin on one side and difficult to sleep on, so my fiancé was very uncomfortable (he insisted on sleeping on that side). I called my salesman from browns, who apologized and told me that they would make it right! I dropped the mattress off on April the 4th and was told it would take up to 3 weeks to get the mattress back. Today is May 19th 2018... and if I had not called them; I would have heard NOTHING yet. We went camping last week and took the teddy bear mattress pads out of the bunk room and slept on those, after one night I was crabby, I'll admit it... I reached out to my super nice salesman who quickly responded he was off work and a bit short with me... I told him there would be no further correspondence with him, and I would contact the dealership directly, I get it. When I got home I called them, I asked to speak with a manager who was, of course, off for the week. I asked to speak with the next in charge who was unavailable... so I spoke to the woman who answered the phone and let her know how frustrated I was ensuring to let her know that it was not toward her. I asked her to have a manager call me, but only when they were able to offer me a resolve. It's been 24 hours and still... No call... no resolve. Now call me crazy, but if I had a lot with 200+ RVs to sell I would have delivered a mattress from another RV to a customer that just spent 26,000 dollars on my lot! I would have made it happen, because if I had listened to the salesman and lay on that bed... I would have said, "Yeah... this isn't right... I'll buy it when the mattress is right..." I bet they would have found me a mattress that day to get the sale closed! I don't know about you but when I read reviews on amazon about an online purchase (Like the 400.00 I just spent on a mattress) I only look at the bad reviews. At Browns, you're no longer a priority after the papers are signed and you leave the lot. BROWNS RV... you can keep the mattress, I no longer want it and while my new mattress will not arrive for another week, and I'll be camping again before then, I'll sleep better knowing that I'm able to let people know how you treated us after the sale. I will not be recommending Browns to anyone. PS. I feel the same as some of the other people ... if there was an option for no stars... that would be my choice, but kudos for making the sale... so I'll give you the one star!

Sells lady was extra nice the place was real clean and organized. All types sizes and prices for everyone & A good warranty program too.

You guys never returned my calls,,,no one ever answers the phone in parts or service when transferred. Now i ordered a part that i was told would be in,,,3 to 7 days,,,here it is goung on the 9th day and still no call. How the heck do they stay in business .
