Coast RV Inc

I have been trying to get these guys out for a week to replace an awaning. We were down a Mrytle Beach Travel Park. Every day they tell me they will be out or they able out the next day. Not sure what the problem is. I have talked to at least 4 different people who tell me the same thing. We will be out in just a little while. I think there is no management and workers chose the work the want to do.

Would never recommend this company: Minor work that was supposed to take 2 weeks (tops) took 8 weeks! Replaced 1 awning and added another and they don't match! Delay was due to not receiving right parts, supplier is not shipping due to bad weather, they were busy with winterizing other RV's, workers out with the flu and this went on and on and on. And to top it off, the owner was pulling out my RV from the garage and DROPPED it on his truck. Severe damage was done to fiberglass cap with large gaping hole. Of course they fixed it at their expense but offered a very 'limited' warranty' on their workmanship. Would highly recommend for anyone that cares about their prized RV to never take it to this company for any repairs or you will be sorry!

I own a vintage RV, and all I can say is, that place was awesome, took the time to find the parts I was looking for, and set up a new account with the vendor, so he could purchase the parts, to sell to me! P.s. there are only 3 parts, that I needed, left in the world!

My RV is stored at NMB. Went down about 2 weeks ago and the slide out wouldn't budge. These guys responded promptly and had it fixed in about 20 minutes give or take. Blew a fuse and the nice guy from Pennsylvania ran us a fuse down plus a spare so we were up and running for a week!! ❤️❤️ THANK YOU GUYS, you saved us a lot of time and I just wanted to let you know that you are VERY much appreciated and we have the number saved on our phones should anything go crazy again. Professional guys yet down to earth. THANK YOU 👍

We are fortunate that Coast RV sent CHRIS to help us with the problem we were having with our step. He was punctual, professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and when he left our step was working better than new!! As long as Coast RV continues to hire employees like CHRIS they will always be the first Company that I call.
