First off let me start by saying this was my third new camper in the last 20 years. Buying a new camper should be fun, But in this case it was not. We took a ride to Camping world to just look at campers, we wanted to have one by September, 2018. When we talked to the sales person we said this right up front. Well we saw a camper we liked so we decided to go forward with the purchase this is when the fun started. The sales person was very poor in communication was like i was talking to someone high. When I met with the business manager he knew nothing about anything all he cared about was pushing and I mean pushing extended warranty was almost to the point I felt if I didn't buy it my camper would fall apart in a year and i would have to pay. Moving on... The prep was a joke for $400 hub caps not installed propane tank rolling around under the bed. hot water heater valves still off right wheel lose. I called my sales person a week ago and still waiting for a return call. Last but not least when i stopped at the Camping world in Myrtle beach, I told him i bought the camper at Charleston, all he said was i feel sorry for you !!!!!!!!!!!! NICE AFTER SPENDING $15,000 now dealing with corporate.

Great people wonderful place. They were very helpful to me and my family in choosing a great RV. Will recommend my friends and family to it. I particularly like the Montana it is a very nice looking RV and very affordable. I am retired military and retired Civil Service I'm looking forward to my travels in the United States. With my family and friends

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Lindsey and I on our first camper purchase! We drove all the way from Louisiana and these girls and guys did not disappoint. It all started with a simple online search and ended with the BEST technician, Chaise! He was so knowledge, took his time explaining every inch of our camper! I had a really good experience dealing with Camping World and particularly with Dolly. She was patient with me as I took over a year to ultimately choose an RV. She was very knowledgeable and took good care of me. Additionally, James went out of his way to help me when I came to pickup my trailer. Excellent customer service all the way around!!

I have been reading reviews to see how many others have had a terrible experience at the dealership in (North Charleston) as my husband and I did. A business receiving only 1 bad review or unhappy customer should make the General Manager take notice. I see there are numerous bad ratings. It makes one wonder if the good reviews this business received are actually fraudulent and made by the management and staffs' family and friends. I noticed that most negative reviews were responded to with a standard statement saying to call them. If I were a CEO, business owner or general manager, I would be embarrassed if my company received so many negative reviews. Overall the ratings both and good seem to average out to be below standards for this business. Someone would have some explaining to me if I were the CEO.
