They patiently answered all of my questions, and I had many, as I purchased site unseen from 500 miles away. High quality technicians - thorough walk-thru done by competent knowledgeable staff. Had my towing system including brake installed. Coastal RV did a great job. They were very easy to work with. I was completely satisfied. In a world we’re one hears about many horror stories concerning RV repairs and maintenance, Coastal RV can be relied on to be honest and competent. I recommend them without reservation.

From the first phone call to inquire about making an appointment, to picking up our fifth wheel camper this past weekend, I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. We brought our trailer in to have some maintenance work done, as well as to have Coastal do a once-over to make sure everything looks as it should. At no time did I feel they were trying to over sell me on any service. Pricing was very straight forward, and the job was completed quickly and professionally. They even showed me before/during/after pictures of the work they had performed on my wheel bearings, which I really appreciated. I know we'll be bringing our trailer back to Coastal the next time it needs work done.

Coastal RV (Julian and Todd) have the kind of place I have been looking for, they are very professional, strong customer service and truly very friendly. The first time I walk thru their shop seeing such a clean and orderly place I knew this is the only place I want to bring my MH to be worked on. I wanted to have some upgrades added to my rig, Julian worked with me to complete the project meeting my travel schedule. All and all I cannot say enough good thing about Coastal RV. so very glad we found you guys!!

Recently had my RV here for some repairs. Quality and personalization of service was better than any other facility I have been to. Newsflash RV owners: There are alternatives to RV service in the Charleston area. These guys have earned my business in the future. They were extremely timely and communication it was fantastic. Not the typical repair shop for your RV. People actually work here that want to do their job and take pride in their work. Awesome experience!!
