We spent a good amount of time looking for just the perfect travel trailer. We thought we had found it at a different dealer, but the people weren't that friendly and the extra fees kept piling up. We walked away from that one and decided to find the same floor plan at a different dealer, and we found it at Camper Country in Myrtle Beach SC. Scott and his team are fantastic to work with, and they understand that camping is fun and buying a trailer should be too! His price on the trailer was fair, and he didn't add on a whole lot of extra fees for everything they touched. The whole process went smoothly and the new trailer is awesome! I couldn't be happier, if your shopping for a new trailer/RV, go see Scott, he treats people the way they should be treated.

Scott and his staff are awesome. We just picked up our 2017 Minnie Winnie. We love it, hope to get her on the road in 2 weeks for our first overnighter. North Carolina needs to knock it off with these freezing temps though! These folks really take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the RV that you purchase. Highly recommend Camper Country of Myrtle Beach! Thanks again Scott.

I went to Camper Country this past weekend to get some help with purchasing a ball for my new hitch. I have to say, the gentleman that helped me (sorry, not sure of his name) went above and beyond! He was super helpful and provided me with the information and help I needed to install the ball on myself. This just made my day, because I had initially went to Camping World minutes before and had an awful customer service experience. Sometimes it goes to show that going to these big corporate establishments doesn't pay off. Thanks again, Camper Country! We will be back!

We purchased a Heartland Silverado 5th wheel from Scott. Everything was great and Scott was very congenial while we were in the purchasing stage. However, 1 month after our purchase while still in Myrtle beach we started to have problems . Granted, these were manufacturing issues. None the less, we had problems getting the work done. We left the trailer with them for 4 months and on our next trip we picked up the trailer to camp at Ocean Lakes. On our first day we realized that only a few of our problems and complaints were addressed. Scott sent his people to Ocean Lakes to assist us multiple times during our 3 week stay. None if the issues were fully repaired. We found out that a facility near our home on Long Island was a Heartland authorized shop. We took the trailer to them and after 3 more weeks in that shop our trailer was repaired. We found out thru Heartland that Scott's people didn't even order parts from Heartland. Apparently using material they had on site (wrong size and color) I believe the blame is probably 50 /50 (Camper Country & Heartland) either way Scott and his people were not truthful!! To say the least.
