Great experience buying our 2018 Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser Camper. The staff at Karolina Koaches were very helpful every step of the way from selecting the best unit for our needs down to getting us the best financing rate. They have a great selection to choose from both new and used RV's and just about every accessory you could ever need in the store . They really are the Good Guys and I would recommend them over all the other RV dealers in the area. The drive down I-85 to Piedmont was well worth it!

Karolina Koaches – Ethically challenged business The failure of Sales: I purchased over the internet and by phone a 1998 Winnebago Chieftain. The listing contained phrases like “everything works” and “no worries”. In response to direct questions about the condition of the vehicle, Brian was not able to be honest. Limited allowed content here do not allow me to elaborate. Conclusion: Don't trust this dealership for sales. The failure of Service: I then worked with the service department to have the RV inspected for any needed work and to make certain that it was ready for a trouble-free trip home.The service department, when faced with a customer who was willing to pay for repairs, was utterly unable to inspect the coach for serious, obvious mechanical issues. They did not even perform a lighting systems check when asked to ensure roadworthiness. They may be able to perform some repair work, but I can attest that they cannot be trusted to check over a rig and find problems that will plague you shortly thereafter. Hospitality and friendliness don’t mean a damn thing when you are in a den of thieves. Stay clear of this dealership! Google won't allow me to tell the whole story; you've been warned.

Wow! Do they make a honest sales person. Avoid this place, I have been there 6 times, everything is terrible. Lied to like crazy! Doesn’t deserve one star. This is only the second review I have ever written. But they earned a few minutes of my time to help others from the same experience!
