Buyer beware at this place. you will not be able to get in touch with Blair after the sale (at all). We bought a class A unit less than 5 years old for top dollar and it was "pretty". they guaranteed (as they say below) that the unit was perfect. Before I got the unit home from purchase, the H/W heater gave errors and did not work, the dash (chassis) AC did not work at all - blows only super hot air, and the low air alarm started going off fatter 30 minutes of driving due to a failed computer. This error repeated 28 minutes after every restart. The low air error, was something they had admitted to and said they fixed. they did not. I could not get in touch with anyone to rectify - this being hours after purchase. I finally showed up at there lot and left the RV there for 2 weeks. They really have no service dept to speak of, their specialty is shining up RVs with issues and getting folks to think they are good units. Listen to the reviews and take your business elsewhere. My unit cost me $10,000 at the dealer just to get road worthy right out of the gate.

I am so happy that we chose Porter's RV for our RV. I could not be more pleased with the friendliness of Cindy and the knowledge of Blair when asking questions ... and believe me I had a lot of them when I was about to spend thousands and thousands of dollars. The follow up from Blair after the purchase has been great. I will definitely recommend to anyone and will use again when we outgrow our current home. Do not buy an RV without first going to see Blair at Porter's.

Porter RV is great- Cannot enough say enough good things about this team. Family owned, We purchased a discovery 40X and drove from columbus ohio. Blair, Cindy, Leroy & Tony are excellent to work with and lets us look over and offered to fix every item. All small fixes- we would not hesitate to buy again. They worked with us on every aspect of the purchase and did what they said they would do when we flew in the pick it up the following week. Trust the dealer, they are good people and straight forward.
