I ordered my 14 speed racing bike online and put it together with the help of a friend. Because it is a racing bike we had no idea how to adjust the brakes or calibrate the bike for safe riding. I searched for a bike shop that was not so high end in my area. I found Bobby's Bike Repair and decided to go to the shop where I was greeted and treated with courtesy and professional care. They handled my bike with great care and explained the adjustments made in detail. I was very impressed as they gave advice on my type of bike and adjustments needed to fit me. Later, I took it back for a second minor adjustment and they were just as kind and informative about different kinds of bikes. My son had a broken chain that needed a new link in it, as it had recently snapped. Service was very fast and professional Zena kept me informed on the status of the repair. Now my son's bike is riding like new, all of my bike needs will be done here. Thanks again!

Fast professional service. Even tho there was a few other people being waited on Zena provided a place for me to wait and a beverage. I'll definitely be getting my bicycle repaired here in the future as well.
