So I upgraded my drivetrain to SRAM Eagle but can’t seem to figure out how to tune the rear derailleur. Glynn was able to fix it right away . He is very pro and very friendly person too. His shop is small but have a lot of high end parts. If you like Chris King, Maxxis, Continental, Thompson, Fiznik he got them. 
I think I found my new bike shop.

Love this bike shop, always polite, helpful and gets or has what you need. I love that it's a local business and not a big box store as well.

This Guy is Honest and would tell you up front What type of bike you need and the price range your looking for. He does amazing job. Very friendly.
