I started going here as a kid with my parents and am now bringing back a family of my own. Their bike prices are very reasonable (comparable to purchasing from the manufacturer) and they were incredibly patient with my husband and me when we were buying bikes with our wild toddler in tow. Will continue being a loyal customer here!

I was referred to Bicycle South through the Kryptonite website. As a newbie I need assistance with every aspect of biking. After contacting and speaking with the owner I knew I was in good hands. We spoke in depth about locks and other useful equipment. I stopped into the shop 45mins before closing and left with the perfect lock and a new helmet. They were so patient and knowledgeable! I look forward to purchasing additional equipment quite soon. By the way the shop has a vast amount of bikes, helmets, locks, attire, bags and more. The perfect place for newbies and experienced cyclists. Thanks guys!

Friendly and helpful people. I came with a cheap "Roadmaster" bike that has lots of problems. Asked for wheel truing (both). Charged me for one instead of two because the problem cannot be solved completely. Still, became much better. Moreover, just a nice conversation about bikes, useful advice. Will come again.

The staff don't know about how to repair bicycle at all. After I point out how they use the tool is wrong, and want to show them how to use the tool to fix the simple problem on by bicycle, they said they cannot lend out the tool. I brought one tool myself from Walmart, and solve the problem immediately. I will never go to the store again!!!!
