Out Spokin' Bicycles

Dropped my bike off for some suspension work a few days ago and was lucky enough to meet and talk with Jason. He was SUPER friendly, offered up some great advice, and did not pitch anything more than a basic service/seals until he was able to get into the bike. After chatting with him for a bit I could tell he knows his stuff and was amped to pick the bike up. Couple days later picked up and Jason spent the time to give me some tips on suspension tuning and a quick sag/rebound set up as a starting point. Additionally, offered some advice on adjustments once I get a ride or two in. In addition to the normal quick tips, he took the time to explain a some of the internals and gave some food for thought on a future more in depth tune if I desire. Overall great experience, I feel the money was more than well spent and will go back for more of the service - especially the bits I am not an expert on (e.g. suspension).

Purchased a bike for my girlfriend and she never used it. I tried returning it in less than 30 days and they would not take the return. I made sure to call before I went in to return it. I called on a Saturday and I was told I had to come in during the week because the manager had to determine the condition of the bike. Again this bike was never used, I brought it in Monday and Brian was extremely rude. He called the owner and said "they don't return bikes". Every other stores (free-flits, Atlanta cycling, peachtree bikes, etc) all have a 30-day return policy. Wasted my time driving an hour in traffic to return a bike I was told I could through the phone and disrespected by their employee. Never coming here again, I'd rather go elsewhere that will respect me and offer superior customer service. Great way of supporting the biking community, out spokin'. To your response: Negative, I never got my bikes serviced there or dealt with you guys. I came into the shop with my friends and I was looking for a bike for my girlfriend. I mean of course they’d treat me better since I’m buying a bike lol but once I tried to return it Brian was extremely rude. I would not be leaving a bad review if I was treated right and not have been lied to on the phone. I would’ve been completely fine with this situation if one of your employees wouldn’t have told me to come by and return the bike on a week. Time was wasted on both our parts and Bryan escalated the situation by being rude and I have a witness who was with me. That’s how I know you guys don’t keep your words, lying in the response to my review. Again, great way of supporting the biking community, liars

Steve and Brian are straight up honest and offer what you need according to your skill and amount of interest in the sport. No up selling at all. Friendly and informative. Thanks guys.

This is my favorite bike shop ever. Kevin and his knowledgeable staff are great to work with and extremely nice.
