I began looking for a new mountain bike and reached out to Roswell Bikes for advice. Kyle immediately responded and we began emailing back and forth for a few weeks and he offer me recommendations based on my budget and never tried to upsell me. I planned a trip (from Macon) and I was immediately greeted with I walked in, and they spent the next 2 hours with me, 1-on-1, making sure I understand the bike I was purchasing, explaining all the features, and letting me test ride.
Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced in a transaction and their selection is incredible - there was a rep there the day we were, and he said it's the largest selection in the Southeast. Well worth the 1.5 hour ride.

Bought my 2016 Addict here a while back. Recently the front derailleur was having trouble. Got new cables/housing and bar tape. It turns out there was a small pin in my front derailleur that was broken off. Instead of having to get a whole new front derailleur, they found an old one and replaced that pin for me. Wanna give a shout-out to Riley for helping me out and doing a superb job. Thanks!

Roswell Bikes is an outstanding bike shop with a great customer service: they have very knowledgeable sales people, an amazing services department and more importantly have a huge selection of parts, gears, bike. You can find anything from entry level to high end racing gears/bikes. Highly recommend this bike shop.

Recently, I had Roswell Bikes do the basic annual service on my S-Works MTB fork. The fork worked fine before I took it in, but on the first ride out, I noticed the inertia valve (brain) wasn’t working and grease was seeping past the new wiper seals. I brought the bike back in and the service manager, Tim McClain, said the grease on the stanchions was normal and also told me repeatedly, “We have no way of knowing if your brain was working.” (Great!!!) This was the beginning of a nasty ordeal involving multiple trips to the store and listening to Mr. McClain argue with me over and over that parts weren't available for my fork and that I needed to buy a new one. At one point, I spoke to the store owner, Todd Kaib, who told me that although my fork was older, Specialized would make an exception and service the brain for me. I told him I would have no problems paying for it.
Mr. McClain complained that he didn’t have a tool he needed to disassemble my fork, so I drove out to the store and offered to go buy it (a 27 mm socket). I said that if he could get the brain working, I would buy the service kit and have a friend rebuild the air-spring (there are tech-docs, articles, and videos on the internet). Mr. McClain got upset and started ranting that you couldn’t get parts for my fork and the information I saw on the internet was B.S. He then came out from behind the counter and said, “We need to step outside!” I seriously thought he was going to get in my face or take a swing at me and there was going to be a fist fight in the parking lot. We went outside and he continued arguing with me that there was no such thing as a service kit for my fork. When I tried to show him the part on my phone, he went back in the store, gave me my fork, and told me to come back when the owner was there so we could all sit down and have a talk. (All this over a bike fork?!?)
As it turned out, Specialized sent them a new inertia valve, which I took to The Bicycle Doctor in Norcross, where I dealt with Joel Rapkin who had a “no problem” attitude. He ordered the service kit (which is available from numerous websites), installed the new brain, and rebuilt the air-spring. Basically my fork works like new (and it’s not seeping grease past the wiper seals).
I find it hard to believe that Roswell Bikes would employ someone in a management position who would treat a customer the way Tim McClain treated me! I am sooo glad I didn’t take his advice and scrap this fork!
