I had an amazing experience with Bohn Ford. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The salesperson, Alexis Winslow, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect car for me. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the right car. The financing process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Ms. Winslow. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Alexis Winslow at Bohn Ford to anyone in the market for a new car. Five stars!
Specifically, the "Service" department. I made a reservation, expressly stating that I was coming in for a recall, I supplied the VIN, the recall #, stated I wanted to wait for the repair, and selected a date a month out. I got no fewer than 6 automated reminders about my reservation. All the "service" manager had to do was to ensure that they had the parts and a technician available on the date/time of my appointment. They had a month to review the service order appointment information, and to make sure that those things were going to be available for a maximum 2hr repair window to check the serial numbers on my air bag modules and replace them if necessary. Instead, I get there before the appointment time 7:00 am, only for the repairs department to not open the door until 7:05, and I as not acknowledged until 7:15, when I was told that recalls are running 3-5 days, and I would have to leave my vehicle. Instead, I left their repairs department they don't understand the definition of the word service angry. There is no proactive approach to managing their appointments, and there is no meaningful contact with the customer prior to appointment times to manage expectations. This is the 3rd time the vehicle has had the air bags checked. The first two were very brief. Since this is a "life safety" issue, I would think they would be more interested in being ambassadors for their brand, rather than causing me to choose to never use their dealership, and seriously considering not purchasing another ford product. If the parts were available over the counter, I would change them myself, rather than go back to the Don Bohn repair department. I would go literally anywhere else for any type of repair. They have more business than they deserve, or can handle.
My car buying experience was awesome. Alexus went above and beyond to ensure I had a great car buying experience and made sure I had everything I needed. I got exactly what I wanted & then some.
My fiancé and I were shopping for a decent used car. We got preapproved from our bank, so we called the dealership to check out a car. Alexus Winslow took my information and worked a deal for us that was amazing. She was very personable and friendly and knew her stuff. We have over our married life together of 51 years; bought five new vehicles and at least seven used vehicles from various dealers. Four of our new vehicles were definitely Fords. In all of our dealings we were never treated so royally and with such respect as when Mr. Eric Stevenson handled everything with the purchase of our last vehicle. Everything was perfect! He answered all questions with knowledge about our truck and with the purchase and insurance. We would recommend Bohn Ford and especially Mr. Eric Stevenson to everybody. We had the best service from the sales and financial department. The sales manager spoke with us and took proud in his work and sales team. It was refreshing to meet and see how nice it could be to buy a car! We were also in and out, with the car we wanted within an hour to hour and a half, which included the test drive. That’s usually 2-3 hours at other places and very frustrating… not at Bohn, we were laughing and having great conversation! Thank you to everyone!!!!
