Asked about struts for my Ls460, was curious if they compress struts or use a more complex method which many other shops use. The guy told me to but the struts and bring it there, but didn't answer my question. Lexus has a long wait for repairs at the moment, and advised me to only allow someone to use the compression method to have it replaced. This place wasn't helpful.

Owner seems like a nice guy, got some tires replaced from him a few times. This time came in for wheel alignment, came out over $800 in the hole. Picked up the car, drove around but was still having the same issue. Came back, he stated that it was a "bad tire" that caused the problem. Funny thing was, that "bad tire" was from them 1.5 years ago. I guess, just do better homework become bringing in your car. I wouldn't get tires from them anymore at least.Services: Tires
