I came in on 11/30/2022 for an oil change appointment. My service representative was extremely helpful when it came to informing me about other pressing maintenance issues. She helped me triage the work that needed to be done, and even helped me obtain financing for it. She is great and deserves a raise

Great customer service! I drove my car to the service area, because a part was disconnected behind the drivers rear tire. Mike the service representative came to assist. I told him my concern and he kneeled on the concrete to assess the problem. He tried one clamp and it didn’t work, he went back into the office to get another one and it worked! He did not have to replace the clamp, he could have written a ticket for the mechanics. He took the time and made the effort to take care of my need! Thank you Bohn for having a dedicated and caring Customer Service Representative. Mike you are truly a customer service advocate!*****

The salesman did not pressure me to buy the car. He answered my questions. We agreed on a deal and the paperwork began. I didn't like the manger's pitch to sell me extended warranty at ridiculous prices. Since this is my 4th Toyota, I know that they are dependable cars.

This location is the best. Several of the service attendant s are good. Of course my favorite is Victor McNab .He is very attentive.He answers all of my questions and I have many lol He explains everything . He doe not act like every repair is an emergency. He help s you plan what to do if your car has problems. Ernest in sales is also great. I still stop by to see him even though I bought my latest corolla in 2019. .

Overall a pretty good experience. Forrest was very nice and not pushy at all. Their financing/accounting situation is a bit weird/shady. They want you to sign this paper that gives you an estimate on what you could pay for how many months but wont tell you the interest rate. We kept asking what the interest rate was and they kept saying it would be taken care of in accounting but still insisted I signed this paper saying what the payment could be. They kept saying the paper wasn’t an end all be all but still wanted a signature. I finally told them I wasn’t picking a payment until I knew my interest rate. Eventually we made it over to accounting where they ran my credit twice…even though I already had financing.

Great customer service!! They answer your questions to the best of their knowledge with the utmost professionalism! I highly recommend the service department at Bohn Toyota. These guys get the work done and get you back on the road pretty fast!

Went there for an oil change. The did a multipoint inspection and found that my vehicle needed a throttle body service. Customer service has improved since the last time I was there. Keep up the great work.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really worked to assess our needs so we could make the best selection and continued to follow-up after the sale. Great experience!
