My experience at Ray Brandt Nissan was all in God's plan. The service was exceptional. Mr. Fleming and Mr. Julian were so helpful and courteous. I tip my hat off to Mr. Fleming he went above and beyond measure. I thank God for these two gentlemen. Great spirit Great heart Great attitude Great personality Great service. Words can't express how I feel but when I prayed and gave it to God. He was on time. Thank you Lord. Mr. Fleming and Mr. Julian you guys are OUTSTANDING!!!
Review of service team: I haven't needed major work yet, but these folks have been great for my basic maintenance needs. The greeter dudes out front are fun and charming. The service advisors really listen to my concerns, answer questions, and give me options without upselling. I find them trustworthy, knowledgeable, and nice to deal with. And I'm always in & out pretty quickly. Highly recommend!
Went to have my vehicle serviced because of a check engine light. The first service guy told me he'd get someone to write up the issues then went to get someone else that informed me "I'd have to leave it a couple of days because they have about 100 cars to get to.". How does this type of service motivate me to purchase another Nissan? Now I'm beginning to see why you all are losing business on the west bank.
Jody was very knowledgeable about Nissans products. The process was painless and very fast.
Our experience with our salesman Jody BALDOS was awesome. We did have issues with another salesman being very pushy and asking about my family business to try to make the sale. We had the intention to buy a truck from there as well, but this other salesman had my husband walk out saying we won’t buy anything else from this dealership. I’ve never in my life bought a car where the mileage was changed and didn’t match the car when I went to get it on the contract. The manager and finance person both knew this and didn’t see how this was a problem to me. If we do buy another vehicle we won’t deal with anyone other than Jody. That’s a big if we ever go back
Do not come here for no car I just purchase my car 9/30/2022 and my engine light is already on the sales Manger Rico was no help when it came to my car all he said is to go to the service department so if you have a sales Manger Rico signing off on you’re paper for the car run! Just don’t go here Nissan is a bad car brand my car only has 50,000 miles on it so how? I feel as if they been knowing this car had problems it’s just so inconvenient to purchase a car and have to bring it to the service department already for them to fix it I couldn’t even enjoy my car I’m already bringing it in. KEEP IN Mind ITS ONLY BEEN 11 DAYS SINCE I PURCHASED MY CAR.
Strictly in regards to the service department. I would highly recommend NOT bringing your vehicle to them. I had a nail in the side wall which they said they could not patch so I purchased a new tire. It seems that they patched the tire though and rotated it because within a week I started having issues. When I called to get a quote if I was going to need another new tire I was told double the price from the week before and that "I needed to hurry up because they only had one". Shame on me for not taking pictures and inspecting all of my tires before and after, but I didn't think they were the type of business to do shady things. I should have previously mentioned, I brought my vehicle somewhere else after and was told there was no new tire put on and that likely it was patched and rotated
This is in regards to refusal to work on my son-in-law's truck. Several months ago he brought his truck in to be worked on and spent over $2,500 getting repairs done. I also have my vehicle in there and spent over $2,000 having work done. Today he brought his truck in and I met him over there and was informed by him that they refused to work on his truck because of the age. I went in and told them why did they work on it in the first place several months ago. I told them also that they just lost a customer mine. Disappointed in the action of the service department as of today.
The customer service was excellent and my salesman assisted me with an issue on my fabric that I wasn't able to clean. Daniel immediately contacted the detailing shop and the issue was rectified immediately. Thank you Daniel.
Very unsatisfied Tim and Don gets hands down. Brought car for repair the beginning of the month had it towed three times for the same problem in the same month. Make sure u get a descriptive diagnosis stating everything is working properly are you would be stuck on the side of the road like us.Tim and Don are the worst. Very unprofessional Tim is very unorganised and sarcastic, Don would rather argue than get the job done. I don’t recommend going here for repairs.
