Well deserved 5 stars. Went there because I needed a shirt immediately (stranger spilled coffee on the one I had on). I didn’t know They only do measurements/fittings at their stores rather than sell clothes... but the guys there found a shirt in their stock room and sold it to me. Saved the day

Amazing staff and the clothes fit better then anything before. Love the business model! 1st fitting in store. So happy with the pants cut and style 😀

I got pants from here and took them to get altered at Peter Field tailors (who Bonbobos recommended). Terrible experience. 4 week turn-around and sloppy work. Never again.

Awesome clothes, but my particular staff member was entirely dismissive and uninterested in helping out. I walked in perfectly willing to fall in love with the brand because of their prints; walked out feeling like a third-class citizen 🤷‍♂️. Unfortunate retail experience overall.

All the sales representatives on the floor were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I was immediately greeted and quickly directed upstairs with someone to assist me. I have a weird body shape (wide shoulders, narrow torso/waist), but they were able to find me a suit that fit me comfortably enough. They also have a partnership with a tailor nearby.
