Got pants from Bonobos and then was referred to the tailor, Peter Field and they destroyed my pants. With a 4 week turn-around, I was expecting perfection and instead, I got botched pants. Will never use Bonobos or Peter Field again.

I got a few items from Bonobos and then got referred to Alteration Specialists of NY for minor alterations. Alteration Specialists made my Bonobos pants fit perfectly. I am so thrilled with the quality and fit. I would definitely come back to Bonobos and use Alteration Specialists to tailor anything.

Really cool experience to get fitted for clothes at Bonobos. I was able to try on various sizes in all sorts of different styles/cuts. Then easy process to order by pointing at things you want. Now I know my sizes for future online orders. Store was clean, spacious, and filled with friendly staff.

I love bonobos pants and being in the headquarters was a real thrill. The staff were super helpful, and they emailed me everything I tried on so I could purchase it later online.
