An adorable B & B about a 5 minute drive from downtown Broadripple! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable with your own private bathroom! The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful. We had a delicious breakfast with the most amazing crescent rolls.

My wife and I love this place! We came here to stay after our wedding in Indianapolis one year ago, and just went again last night. The owners are very friendly and sweet, and the bed area of the bed and breakfast is very happy and homely. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay a night!

This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever been to! Very sweet people (and dog) who take allergies and schedules into consideration are the owners. The location is beautiful and close to the nearby, beautiful town!

Omg, this B&B is GORGEOUS!!! The Boone family (who btw are related to Daniel Boone) are such gracious hosts. Definitely want to come back in 2016. You can't do better on the river than Boone Docks!
