Royal Inn - Indianapolis

The motel in the rear of building Studio 6 was nice and quiet. Granted you could hear next room if they're loud! Cleaning in room was not above standards. (,Mine). The beds have bed bug protection plastic on them do the sheets come off if you toss and turn! So you end up sleeping on plastic. The heat works great (Electric) but better open window or you'll wake with sore throat and dried out skin. Bathroom isn't heated, a little small no room to move about. Hot water takes long time to make it to you. Cooking in room permitted but microwaves make a lot of noise. Too much noise. Key cards don't always work. For Indianapolis they did a wonderful job, I stay again as a second choice!

If I could give negative stars I would. Only stayed for a total of 30 minutes and was refused my money back. There was a bloody tampon on my pillow when I entered the room. When I went to ask management to do something he told me it was mine and he would not do anything about it. After arguing about the situation he called the cops. The cops said to put all our cloths into plastic bags and get to a laundry mat ASAP and not to stay because they have bed bugs. The word filth doesn’t do justice for this place. This hotel is clearly only used for “backpage services.”I don’t know understand how it’s not shut down already.

This place is absolutely disgusting, do not come here. The owners are also very rude! The room smells horrible, it looks like it is falling about and you can open the door to go to the next room over. Bed Bugs!

i would not give this place any stars. They had bed bugs, and when i asked for a new room, they told me that i had to take a picture of the bed bugs to receive a new room, when i asked for my money back, they refused. The sheets had visible stains, the chairs were utterly disgusting. Disgusting was an understatement. These people are not accommodating at all . I called the BBB and the Board of Health on them. If you're thinking of staying here, please reconsider.

Rooms were disgusting!! The walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever!!! The first room the gave us wasn't even clean. There was whiskey bottles on the dresser pizza boxes on the table.. The next room we got every time we tried to use the microwave it would blow a breaker or something and the TV and microwave would shut off.. We literally had to fight and argue to get enough towels for the 4 of us to shower! They expected us to share I guess!! I would never ever recommend staying there..
