Boothbay Harbor Maine Whale Watch Capn Fishs

we had so much fun on the first puffin cruise of the season! so what if we only saw four puffins, we saw seals and seal pups, cormorants, and had a great time overall. we loved having the guided instruction from dominique and the captain. next time we'll try the whale watch!! thanks

We did a lighthouse, lobster, and seal tour in June 2017. I had my doubts that it would deliver on all three fronts--and I was proven wrong! Friendly staff, fair price, and great sights. No trip to the Maine coast is complete without a boat ride. Give Cap'n Fish's service a strong consideration in your planning.

Amazing. We were so close to the whales there was no shortage of great picture moments. Saw fin whales, seals, lots of porpoise, a basking shark....but the real show stoppers where the humpbacks that showed off for the boat. Crew was extremely knowledgeable and the boat was clean, offered a lot of different seating, food, drinks, etc. This tour will now be a must-see any time family comes to visit me. Did Puffin/Whale combo in July 2017 and saw no whales but the weather was terrible. Puffins are small and fast so difficult to get a descent picture w/out some really great zoom. Would recommend do Puffins separate from whales, maybe a smaller boat can get you closer to the Puffins, but also 4+ hrs at sea makes for a long tour especially for young children

had a really great time there. after 20 mins we saw a minke whale, well at least some of us did. soon after that we spotted a seal and a group of dolphins, which accompanied us for quite a while. after almost 3 hours out on the open ocean without any sight of a whale, the boat headed back to the harbor and everybody was a bit disappointed, but then all of a sudden a fin whale appeared, which we observed for almost half an hour. the crew also was very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave great info. Saw several Minke Whales, Fin Whales, Harbor Seals, Porpoises, sunfish, and jelly fish. Wonderful experiences. My husband and I highly recommend. Excellent value.
