Great place for a outdoor lunch. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. Prices are reasonable.

Tipsy Seagull restaurant is located here. Enjoy some drinks by the water on the floating dock. Enjoy the weather. At times you feel as your somewhere else other than Fall River. Food is good but some prices can be high depending on what you order.

I stored my boat indoors at BLM in the winter of 2015-2016. Fast forward to 2017 and I need to have an engine repowered and I wanted to use Fairhaven Marine Service. On Aug 28 I had a haul out at BLM. Due to an obscure electrical issue it took Fairhaven about 6 weeks to perform the repower and my boat was launched on Oct 12. They had to get two long blocks and it took escalated mercury technical support to troubleshoot the issue. They literally worked on my boat the entire time. It was also on stands on Fairhaven's property that they lease from BLM. When it came time to launch, BLM charged me $248 for "storage" because it was on land longer than two weeks. First of all, I didn't sign any contracts with BLM with this policy. This policy wasn't shared when they hauled it. It's not documented on their website. It wasn't on their land - it was in possession of Fairhaven Marine Service on their leased land. Of course they held my boat hostage so I had to pay it to get launched. As a former storage customer and a Fairhaven Marine customer whose boat was being worked on the whole duration I think this is crappy customer service. And to top if off, they lost a fender and line that cost $100 to replace. Stay away from Mike L and BLM.
