Boston Bagel Cafe

I have been to Boston Bagel several times due to convenience, not because they are a great bagel shop. It is hit or miss if they get your order right or if the food even taste good . This being said, I tend to just get a bagel and cream cheese. A bagel is hard to mess up right? Wrong? This is the second time they have given me a BURNT bagel because I asked for the bagel to be toasted good. As another reviewer stated they usually under toast their bagels. I got home today and opened up the bagel and it was literally burnt. You could not even see the seeds on my everything bagel. I was so upset that this happened again, so I called the shop to let them know. The young lady who is always a the register was so rude and unhelpful. She said "what do you want me to do about it?" I said why would anyone wrap up a burnt bagel? She rudely responded,I don't see what the kitchen is doing and you asked for the bagel to be toasted. I said I just wanted a bagel that was not under cooked, which I say everytime. I will never go to this bagel shop again. Staff was rude on several occasions and bagel shop always looks dirty.

We were excited for a good bagel and cooked eggs! That’s not what we got. The food is served on styrofoam with plastic utensils. We asked for eggs scrambled soft and they were really greasy and over cooked. The bagel was barely toasted, they got one of our two orders wrong, and the service staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Even the bagel, at the end of it all, was nothing special. Would never go back here.

Great for quick bites. Comfort food. In house baked bagels and muffins.

Every time I come here it's fantastic. Great little breakfast and lunch, good coffee, friendly staff, and great prices.
