I have been coming here for over 20 years. TWENTY YEARS. It was a staple breakfast place for both me and my family. Twenty years of great breakfast and pastrami sandwiches. Then the original owners sold it to another family and everything fell apart. They hiked up the prices. None of the waitresses are experienced. The service is awful. The staff takes your order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Home fries become French fries. Scrambled eggs become an omelette. The bagels recipe changed and now they are chewy and gummy. If you order bagels to go, they give you yesterday's bagels and they are hard. They have overcharged us three times in a row. They changed the coffee cups out to thimble size, and good luck getting a refill because the waitresses ignore you once they have your order. They bring out your food one at a time, so you will have to eat your food before anyone else at your table has any, lest it get cold. It is a shame that this place, which used to be a community staple, has gone to garbage. I will never eat here again. Rest in peace Broadway Bagels.

The poached egg was cooked perfectly and the salmon was incredible. Large portions though, so go hungry!!

THIS PLACE USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE HOWEVER THE SERVICE HAS BEEN ON THE DOWNSIDE LATELY DO NOT KNOW IF THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP ,

great gem of kendall for breakfast. Get the turkey melt on rye bread and some fries. boom
