Einstein Bros. Bagels

Bagels and shmears are great, but the service is beyond incredibly slow. If you order anything special, like a toasted bagel, it is even slower. The staff here is kind of nasty, like they honestly could care less, and they show it.

Always excellent customer service, always excellent toasted bagels. We often buy the gourmet foods, too, and they’re always excellent. Try the French toast egg sandwich.

Used to be so much better. Now, I consistently get burnt bagels. And by burnt i mean black! I told the girl today I didn't want a burnt bagel and she stated that everyone has a different perception of what burned is.... Sorry but im pretty sure a black bagel is burned. So she gave me a warm bagel, not even toasted. The Einsteins on US 41has no problems toasting a bagel without burning every single time! Why can this Einstein get their act together...

Coffee use to be awesome but it's so weak I poured both cups out...second time here not again at this location..sticking with good coffee downtown location only. Service was great the bagels are great.but bye bye pine ridge location

This place used to be quick and delicious. Unfortunately, the current manager doesn’t have a clue. All of the competent staff that she inherited when she took the place over from Gerard have left due to her micro management of each position at this location. I do not understand how she still has a job. I used to come here everyday but the quality has suffered hugely and the service now takes forever.
