I just finished up my bagel. The bagel was stale and not fresh by any means. The lox spread had no contents of smoked salmon in it. 

My friends ordered bacon/sausage egg and cheese bagels.  The Bagel Factory microwaves their eggs and not cooked fresh to order and the sausage was also microwaved as well. 

Overall the bagels were subpar and would not reccomend coming here.

Best little bagel shop in town. They have the best bagels in a variety of flavor options. Friendly and quick service. Plus they open early.

Love the location right next to the post office and enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff very much.  I loved the French toast bagel and went back the next day to enjoy a tomato and cheese bagel for lunch.  I'm hooked!

Absolutely wonderful bagels & great staff. If you're looking for a good breakfast, this is the place!

Good food. We always show up late morning so needs cleaning from morning rush. Friendly staff. Price is high for what they offer, though.
