Branding Iron Steakhouse

Update: I went back for another social event and found that the service was much better and the experience considerably improved. I don't know if there were changes in procedure or if the previous event was just a bad night, but the food came out as expected and in a much shorter time. Instead of doing the salad bar we went for side items, and the onion rings, fries, and green beans were all excellent. My wife very much enjoyed the shrimp and says she would order them again, which is a high compliment given how picky she can be about seafood. They also don't mess around with the mixed drinks here. Previous experience: Visited as part of a social event and was extremely disappointed. It took forever for the waiter to take our order, we sat with empty glasses for long periods of time, and if you order the salad bar your waiter has to bring you a plate. In our case this took more than 20 minutes. It took almost an hour to get our food, and the steak was over cooked when it arrived. At that point we just wanted to leave, and desert was off the table. I’ve had far better experiences at chain steakhouses.

We went there tonight for the first and most likely the last time. 20 min for a drink 30 min for a salad plate15 min for sugar and way over an hr for our food was crazy. My niece didn’t even get her food until we were leaving :o I had to send my steak back twice because I asked for well done and it still had a heart beat🤢 I feel like they ripped us off on the catfish :/ the fish was mostly fried batter. We had 7 ppl at our table and only one person had a decent meal. Oh our waitress told the kids to go get ice cream and when they grabbed their cones they shut the machine off👎🏽 That was the first time in my life that I didn’t leave a tip. I really wanted to like this place💔

Best steak I've had in a long time. Only four stars because the service was a little slow. I ordered medium rare and mine was rare. My husband ordered rare and he said his was raw. All a matter of opinion. This steak would have been good however you cooked it. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but I've had worse steaks for a lot more.

1. Not that good.1.didnt have any baked potatoes. 2.no toppings for sweet potatoes. 3.no bread till we were ready to go. And was flat. 4.steak was average..tough. 5 . Veggies were bad. 6. Never seen a place where you had to pay extra for a salad. 7.Think were one and done sorry.

Excellent service. The entire staff was attentive. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Will definitely be back when I'm in town
