Waited 3 weeks for a phone call with an estimate on a minor iron project and never received a call even after calling to follow-up, a week after dropping off my project. When I returned to pick up my project, I was told the person doing minor projects is working part-time and hadn't had a chance to call with an estimate. Apparently, they don't need the business.
