Easy to deal with, Super people, quick and accurate with custom one off orders. Chris was my salesman and all the people were courteous and wanted to make my purchase perfect even though it was a small order. Thank you.

HORRIBLE. If you could choose no stars that's what I'd pick. We were told we would receive a call twice and did not. Order was not correct. Jim has stuff going on in his personal life that is affecting his work and told us he doesn't care. Not professional at all. I called and tried to get the situation resolved and got hung up on. I then called back and am still waiting for a call back and it has been over a week. Can't believe they at all in business. Will never return or recommend.

Always willing to help the little guy - I have used Rose for many obscure and small projects and they have ALWAYS been courteous and fast in helping me. Their prices are right there with industry standards and I have never been dissatisfied with their service.
