Brielle Cyclery

I brought my one year old into the store with me to pick out a beach cruiser and purchase a seat for him on my new bike. All the staff was extremely helpful. They even offered to install a seat I already had for my toddler. I decided to go with a baby seat they sold since it seemed safer and the weight limit was higher. I waited while they put the seat on (which didn’t take long) and my toddler explored the store. The staff wasn’t annoyed and interacted with him. I was also thankful for the military discount they offered. I highly recommend Brielle Cyclery and will return in the future.

First time I purchased from Brielle was back in October 2016 and had a great experience. Digger and Wes were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out a bike that was within my budget and that I felt comfortable on. Since then I always send my friends and relatives here who are in need of a bike. Seriously face melting customer service here. Great place for rentals too as they have a great fleet. Thanks guys!!!

Nice guys but lack organization in running a business. Tried ordering a wheel , lost my specs tried calling several times and the person handling it isn't in . Leave messages no return phone call. Not a big deal, plenty of other shops around .

Quite honestly hands down the best bike shop that has ever existed I would love to say that they would go a mile out of their way for you but that's just their everyday service that's not even when they try. And they just opened up a store right across the street from the main building dedicated solely to children's bikes and every bit of customer service in that store that is in that main shop as well
