Can't talk to a real person machine loop or figure out what to do on their website too confusing. Just wanted to get a Visa to travel to England and Scotland for my Colombian wife. Guess we will just cancel.

No information available for US citizens traveling to the UK. I even checked their web site

They make everything very hard, trying to charge you FOR LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!!! They’re freaking services SUCKS. And the website that use in general doesn’t work, doesn’t let you make payments! And the worst thing is that there’s no other way to do this stupid visa!!!! I hate it!!!! IF IT WAS FOR ME I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO UK.

Lost my passport in Austin. Had to come here to get emergency documents to travel. It's the 24th floor btw for anyone wondering and you use the directory phone outside to let them know you are there.

Absolutely pathetic service! The websites are a mess. The consular officers are unresponsive, and rude. You have to pay $2 per minute to even talk to customer service only to get canned answers. Shame on British government! Goodbye England..not on my bucket list ever!

Very very unresponsive to phone calls. I spent the better part of 30 mins trying to speak to someone about an issue & couldn't. Their website states they are open from 8:45 am but no one was available. Do they work at all or are they just here on vacation, spending her majesty's pounds?

Should be a 24 hour service but only runs mon-fri and only until 2:30 pm for appointments good luck getting any help on a weekend or national holiday
