I can tell from my personal experience that this is the best Russian consulate abroad. They are extremely helpful and nice. They always ! respond emails within 1-2 business days. Not a good customer service here. Emails are responded to with delay and not always on point. In person, they could be more friendly and not overly bureaucratic in treatment of customers. Not really caring about inconveniencing customers. An improvement training? is needed on how to better provide customer service.
