Very quick n professional guard at front and also staff inside. Very clean and parking was easy. Walkable to Galleria mall also. ATM across if you forgot your checkbook.

Sent them my mom’s passport renewal application about three weeks ago from Kentucky. The fee was $110. Just got her renewed passport back today. Great service! I also called them last week to check on the process and they picked up first try. The lady was nice and polite. Good experience. Highly recommended.

Very horrible, I applied a Vietnam passport for my dad since December 2019 and still haven't receive it.Called them multiple times and all they do is hung up on you, couldn't give any update. Emailed them and no response. But they are happily took your money w no refund. Disgusting!

Very quick and great service.

I called them twice, but no one answered my phone. However, their service is fast, I applied to renew passport directly at the office, it took around 30 minutes to get my new passport.
