They were very nice helping my Mom with her expired passport that needed to travel to Chile because of a family emergency. In this difficult times is good to be able to count on your Embassy.

I have called several times during business hours and no one answers the phone, how are you supposed to get help to if you cannot speak with anyone there.

Chilean consulate personnel is very friendly, typically you can complete your errands in very short time. Only one time there was several people when we arrived so we had to wait a bit.

Very helpful and quick service. Made appointment each time had no hassle was helped quickly and with a friendly smile each time.

Always make an appointment, even if you think you don't need one. It makes life considerably easier.
