Broadmoor At Aksarben Village

Fantastic place to live! Management and maintenance are on top of things, amenities are well kept, apartments have quality furnishes, location is prime. Never had an issue with noise or cleanliness. Would recommend to everyone.

The apartments are great! The location is a minute walk from Aksarben Village and close to downtown Omaha. There are always activities or concerts happening around the complex.

These apartments and the office are great! The location is great: close to colleges, the interstate, and fun restaurants/bars. Even with all of this nearby, the complex is still peaceful and quiet. The property management team is fantastic and responsive. The best complex I’ve been at in the 10 years I’ve lived in town! Plus the neighbors in the complex are way friendlier than most places.

I lived here for 3 years and it was absolute fantastic experience from day 1. The leasing office staff are so friendly and willing to help out with anything. They knew me by first name shortly after moving in. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond and repairs are completed in a very timely manner. Everyone goes above and beyond to make this place a positive living environment. The location is also impossible to beat. With everything going on in Aksarben Village bars, restaurants, theater, farmers market, etc., you are within walking distance to it all. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better living experience and would recommend Broadmoor at Aksarben Village in a heartbeat!

We have lived here for about 8 years. The apartments are well built and quiet. A secure entrance and garage parking. The staff is friendly and exceptional in helping when needed. The maintenance guys are always friendly and efficient. Great amenities and the staff hold guest events through the year and they have been very creative with this during the pandemic. We like that there are all age ranges and students, professionals and retires. It is a good home.

Love this place so much! The staff is top-notch professional, very welcoming and so friendly. They know who you are and always there with no hesitation. They treat you as family. Apartments are beautiful inside and out, awesome amenities - love our outside deck, too. Great location to walk to restaurants, movie theater, nail/hair salon and farmer's market! The pool access is the absolute best and the spot for the summer - one of my favorite things about Broadmoor. I couldn't recommend this apartment building highly enough!

As well managed of an apartment complex as there is. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and prompt with service requests. The construction is quality with thick walls that keep the place silent and a water heater that doesn’t seem to run out of hot water. Couldn’t have had a better experience living at Broadmood at Aksarben for nearly a decade. You will not have any regrets if you move here!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past 2 years, and we have loved it! The staff are all so friendly, know us by name, and make sure to say hi when they see us. The maintenance team is also on point, and so quick to come in to fix anything we need in our apartment or around the building. We really love having multiple pools and gyms so we really don’t have to walk far to get anywhere : We’ll always recommend Broadmoor to our family and friends, because we get treated so well here!

My husband and I have lived at Broadmoor at Aksarben for about 5 years and we couldn't ask for a better home! The staff/maintenance all know us by our first names, are always very friendly, and quick to assist us with any concerns we may have. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, you have access to two pools, a movie theatre, one large gym and one smaller gym, and a great business center where I often enjoy working if I need some peace and quiet. We really couldn't ask for a better area to live in. We love having the lively village just steps away where there are always fun events going on, but we enjoy the peace and quiet when we come back to the apartments. We have lived in two different floor plans and both times we have had the best neighbors. I don't feel like we live in just an apartment, it truly feels like home!

Broadmoor at Aksarben Village has impressed us for three years now! The neighborhood is fun and safe, the management is reliable and friendly, and the apartment and clubhouse facilities are great. We don’t have a single complaint about our time here, and we would recommend it to anyone!
